Main Responsibilities :
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts related to suppliers and customers.
- Reconcile statements and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Ensure timely payment to suppliers and track accounts receivable to maintain cash flow.
- Check customer payments and apply them in the system; send monthly statements of account to customers and follow up on overdue payments.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Verify received bank statements, ensure they match with the ledger, and attach reconciliations with the bank reconciliation report and standard ledger.
- Prepare and submit SST tax filings.
- Monthly submission of withholding tax for Google advertisements; scan and send the payment confirmation to LHDN.
- Prepare monthly audit schedules.
- Process and manage monthly director claims.
- Keep track of overseas orders, and confirm receipt of all items paid.
- Maintain an Excel file to verify alignment with AutoCount for accurate record-keeping.
- Issue internal payment vouchers for expenses like insurance installments, salaries, tax payments, and other company expenses.
- Monitor online platform payments, including Lalamove, Shopee, Lazada, and EasyParcel accounts.
- Apply for exemption certificates.
- Check daily bank transactions, update cash flow, and track PayPal sales payments.
- Print and file relevant accounting documents systematically for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.
- Create monthly outstanding debtor and creditor reports and share with directors in Excel format.
Requirements :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., AutoCount).
- Familiarity with manufacturing accounting practices and SST compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Effective communicator, with proficiency in Mandarin as an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
