SALES OFFICER
· To coordinate in administrating sales and marketing department.
· Able to handle day-to-day Sales and Marketing duties
· Assigning territories and quotas to sales personnel.
· Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures.
· Analyzing customers data to optimize sales efforts and dentify potential customers.
· Tracking the quotas and goals of each member of the sales team.
· Managing customers database
· Answering client enquiries regarding sales products.
· Coordinate and interact with other departments for smooth running of sales events.
· Updating the Banquet Reservation book.
· Preparation of such regular and special report as may be directed by the Head of Department.
· Maintenance and upkeeping of all files in the Sales Department.
· To liaise with the functions’ organizer and the F&B Department to ensure the functions runs smoothly.
· Conduct of property tours as directed by the Sales Managers.
· Preparing Event Order when needed and distributing the same to all departments.
· Maintenance of current information and complete knowledge as to the Hotel’s facilities and services.
· Participation in special sales promotion programs or solicitations as may be required by the Sales Manager.
· Completing any special projects requested by the Head of Departments.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
