Senior Sales Coordinator

Do you have a strong background in sales within the health and wellness industry?You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with client, driving sales growth, and expanding our business supplement sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle client inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
• Provide consultation about health issues, nutrition, and healthy diet in response to customer inquiries
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote health & beauty products according to customer needs.
• Always keeps up to date on the market trend in terms of product knowledge and the latest nutritional finding.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance as needed.
• Roadshow support and other administrative duties.
• Assist in company promotional activities when necessary.
• Assist in implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition , Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years experience in F&B line (added advantage).
• Strong understanding of the supplement market, including industry regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
