- Plan & monitor all daily delivery schedule to ensure timely deliveries & update delivery status in system
- Liase with sales, admin, warehouse & transporters to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment
- Communicate with customers, sales & admin team regarding delivery schedule, delays or any issue
- Handle request for returns or goods exchange adhere to company policies
- Address and resolve customer complains or issues related to orders, deliveries or returns.
- Provide administrative support for admin and logistics operations, including pallets tracking and prepare transporter claim
- Responsible for proper filing and documentation system in order to comply with Audit requirements.
- Responsible for stock control, stock count and housekeeping operations of warehouse.
- Perform any other duties that assign by the Management from time to time
Requirements:
- Candidate must prossess at SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Candidates with 1 year related working experience in the Manufacturing industry is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently with multiple task.
- Pleasant personality and able to work in fast spaced environment
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
