We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR & Admin Manager to lead our Human Resources and Administrative functions. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and office administration to ensure smooth operations and a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Administer payroll, benefits and compliance with labour laws.
  • Implement HR policies and performance management systems.
  • Oversee office operations, procurement and record-keeping.
  • Ensure workplace safety and smooth administrative processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • At least 3 years of HR and administrative experience in a managerial role.
  • Preferably with experience in the property management industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Malaysia labour laws and other relevent act is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
