JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Assist customers based on their inquiries regarding the products, services or promotions.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Team Leader and Supervisors.
- Provide and maintain a high standard of customer service.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: -
- Minimum of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) holder with at least one (1) year of working experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Diploma and Above)
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Verbal and Written).
- Have good communication skills, customer-oriented and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Immediate joiner will be an added advantage.
