  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Assist customers based on their inquiries regarding the products, services or promotions.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Team Leader and Supervisors.
  • Provide and maintain a high standard of customer service.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: -

  • Minimum of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) holder with at least one (1) year of working experience.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Diploma and Above)
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Verbal and Written).
  • Have good communication skills, customer-oriented and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Immediate joiner will be an added advantage.
