Location: 14B, Jalan CJ 3, Kaw. Peru. Cheras Jaya, 43200 Balakong, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia
Working day & hour: Mon-Fri – 8.30am – 5.30pm
Contract duration: 12 months under PERSOLKELLY
Duties:
- Upload invoices into the VIM-SAP workspace and ensure timely capture of all invoices.
- Responsible for Preparing payments for vendors, staff claims, and Interco for overseas.
- Validate I-expense (employee claims) in the system
- Send payment remittances to vendors and respond to inquiries
- Run production & service order settlement in SAP (HANA)
- Download and reconcile the IC AR/AP in Blackline and SAP, prepare Task List module in Blackline
- Assist in monthly BPC AP/AR supplementary templates
- Assist in monthly DOSH report submission
- Responsible for daily AR updates in SAP and send monthly Statements of Account.
- Generate and submit proforma, debit, and credit notes.
- Perform monthly close activities including bank reconciliation, fixed asset depreciation run, other monthly schedules assigned by the finance lead, and other ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a finance/accounting-related role
- SAP knowledge is preferred, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Good communication skills, independent and problem-solving.
- Exposure to work in a multinational company is preferred. Multi-tasking and able to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure within a tight timeline
