Job Description

To assist the project team to monitor and supervise construction works at the project, to ensure they meets the requirements in term of cost, quality and HSE performance
To liaise, interact and maintain good relationship with site teams, client, consultants, planner, and quantity surveyor, suppliers, sub-contractor and general workforce working on project undertaken by company
Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors) and attending regular meetings to keep the informed of progress and HSE matters.
Assisting Project or Site Manager in preparation of detailed progress reports.
Work actively with the sub-contractor management teams with regard to safety, cost control and schedule.
Understand the detailed engineering drawings and documents to ensure site work are carried out accordingly
To manage all allocated area of operations to the highest safety and environmental standards
To prepare work programme, schedule and plans for project’s resources, manage the use of those resources effectively
Ensure that all project/ site activities are performed in the most effectively and efficient manner.
Scheduling material and equipment purchases and delivery
Undertaken quality control and quality assurance of various products and techniques.

Special Skills :-

Good interpersonal and communication skill, both verbal and written in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to make independent decisions and resourceful and possess good initiative
Positive attitudes/ Drive for result and willingness to learn
Able to read drawing structure and simple structure
