JOB DESCRIPTION
Position : HR ASSISTANT
Department : HUMAN RESOURCES
Reporting Line : HR MANAGER
Overview
This position is responsible to handle day-to-day HR activities of the company and provide administrative support to HR Manager and HR Executives.
Job Description
1. Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
2. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
3. Filing and documentation upkeep.
4. Manage staff ID and access card.
5. Responsible in assisting with clerical duties related to recruitment, personnel
Information and employee documentation.
6. Handling document staff evaluation/confirmation/promotion/transfer.
7. Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human
resource information confidential.
8. Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
9. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
10. Any other duties as assigned by HR Manager / Management
11. Monitoring and checking outsource security on valid passport and permit
documentation.
12. Recording and segregration of documents in and out.
13. Assist Admin Executive on admin task.
14. Assist on claim checking.
15. Monitor creation & deletion staff email ID/ Panda ID/ other system.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
