Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Admin - Fresh Graduate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team and assisting with various sales-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Cash book clearing
- Monthly invoices (standard invoice)
- E-invoicing related for non-trade
- Monthly JV charged out/clearing (if have available time for the temp staff)
- Update AP payment in SAP Hana
- Update AR payment received in SAP Hana
- E-invoice
- GA matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
