We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised HR Admin Assistant to support our HR team. This is an exciting entry-level role where you will play a key part in assisting with day-to-day HR operations, providing support for payroll processing, employee records management, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and well-organized within the HR system.
  • Document & Template Support: Prepare HR letters, forms, and templates, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Employee Support: Provide administrative support to employees by answering HR-related queries, addressing basic concerns, and assisting with benefits administration.
  • General HR Admin Duties: Support the HR team in various administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Compliance & Filing: Ensure that HR records and files are well-maintained and compliant with company policies and local regulations.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll data entry, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. This includes handling expenses claims, overtime, and other payroll-related tasks under the guidance of the payroll team.

Requirements:

  • Education: A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn and kickstart your career in HR are welcome to apply.
  • Experience: Any prior experience in HR Systems and knowledge of the Malaysian Labour Law are advantageous
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Ability to learn new HR software and systems quickly.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous and structured approach to work with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Team Player: A proactive and reliable team player with a positive attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
