Coordinating Daily logistics and deliveries.
Negotiate pricing with suppliers / vendors
Issue purchase order for procurement and expedition of materials and equipment for projects
Meet suppliers/vendors on-site as necessary
Source new materials as required with cost savings
Maintain relationships with suppliers/vendors
Establish relationship with suppliers/vendors to ensure adequate resources for all projects and to continually improve pricing and quality of work
Assist in settling invoice or contract disputes
Handle change order requests
Assist in upcoming project requirement
Manage materials/equipment inventory. Perform daily stock records and ensure all inventory are up to date.
Proper records and filing of project purchases/deliveries and to key-in and record accurate project material costs.
Assist in store material organizing and stock quality control check
Assist in monitoring Subang Store upkeep & maintenance and stock record as well as storekeeper’s activities monitoring, etc
All new contact must share among team member with proper details
Any arrangement / schedule must update among team member
Daily update of upcoming schedule / task to Immediate Superior & Senior
Perform other related functions as instructed or delegated by your immediate superior or assigned by the Management from time to time.

Possess a minimum of a Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Preferably candidates with experience in purchasing, inventory and administration roles.
Excellent customer service skills, including outstanding verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Must be detail-oriented with numbers and figures.
Responsible and able to work with minimal supervision.
