IT System Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain the Xilnex and/or related POS systems to ensure they are running efficiently
• Troubleshoot and resolve POS system issues in a timely manner to minimize disruption to restaurant operations
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware components as needed
• Provide technical support to restaurant staff, helping them understand and use POS systems effectively
• Collaborate with external IT vendors and service providers as and when necessary
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new Supervisors
• Perform other IT-related tasks as required; setup email, create server account and etc.
• Maintain server, upgrade, secure, system backups and disaster recovery preparation.
• Manage entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software and other IT supplies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must possess at least two (2) years of working experience in F & B industry
• Applicants should be independent, pro-active and result-driven
• Office located at Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur (near KLCC)
