TCOE Quality / Process Assurance| Setting-up Test Processes with industry Best Practices

Detailed Role Job Description:

• TCOE Quality / Process Assurance – this is the governance role (setting up the processes)
• Experience working in setting-up test processes and implementing best practices
• Experienced in E2E Test processes
• Identify gaps in existing Test Processes and implement Best Practices
• Test Metrics – define, implement and track
• Documentation compliance tracking
• Managing QR deployments – tracking on time deployments
• Co-ordination with Test Program Managers / Test Managers for implementing Testing progress
• Publishing dashboards and highlighting any test delivery delays

• Following a checklist and governing/guiding the teams with right processes
• Be aware of industry best practices in Software Testing
• Good to have working experience on MSA, MSOW & Work Orders
• Hands on experience working with third party vendors
