- Data entry for suppliers' invoices and prepare payments to suppliers, work closely with procurement department to ensure prompt payment.
- Prepare payments for staffs claim, utilities and site expenses.
- Monitor recurring payment schedule such as rental, utilities, tax instalments.
- Prepare monthly payment summary report.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist in preparation of tender documents.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Preferable with minimum one (1) to three (3) years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous and attentive to details is necessary.
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
