[Immediate Opening] HR cum Admin Executive - Subang Jaya (Ref ID : 13055)
Job description
・ Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including preparing job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
・ Support employee welfare initiatives and activities.
・ Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
・ Manage day-to-day office administration tasks, including handling communications, managing office supplies, and organizing meetings and events.
・ Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees as required.
・ Maintain an effective filing and documentation system.
・ Provide support in addressing employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
・ Assist in implementing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
・ Assist in ensuring the company adheres to labor laws and regulations in relation to employee records and processes.
・ Perform any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or senior management as necessary.
Requirements
・Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
・ 1-2 years working experience, preferably in HR or administrative roles.
・ Able to work with minimum supervision and to meet tight deadlines.
・ Must possess own transport
・ Computer literate
・ Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak Mandarin would be an advantage
