To assist section activity to meet KPI target (yield, operation ratio, scrap)
To manage manpower and communicate with machine operator when required
To assist in continuous improvement to improve machine performances
Timely update SOP, operation card and line check sheet
Ensure safety and conducive working environment
Practice 5S activity
To assist staff development requirement
Accountable for raw material inventory at the Section
To plan line schedule follow to monthly operation schedule
To assist manage and control line operation follows to schedule
To support during machine set-up
To verify MWO (maintenance work order) and fault report
To issue material request (MRN/FQN) and material return note (MTN/FTN) for approval. And pass a copy to Ops Support for data transaction
To check close MO and pass to Ops Support for data input in system
To check material/fibre received follow to MRN/FQN
To prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report
To verify operation report and pass to Production Assistant for recording
To manage and coordinate with Technical to have action plan on KIV product within 24 hours
To prepare raw material/product stock-take report and submit to HOD
To assist in preparation and manage section expense budget
To manage and ensure section fixed asset well maintain and record
To maintain ISO documents
To be responsible for machine, tool and work station are clean
To ensure safety and conducive work area
To support R & D for product trial
To analyze line performance and report during weekly workgroup meeting
To provide ideas for process improvement

Other line of duties

To provide assistance and support to other departments.
To participate in safety and health features in the factory.
To participate in system in accordance with MS ISO 9001:2015 and MS ISO 14001:2015

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
