  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1.Responsible for planning, execution and supervision on day to day operations of the entire building's electrical installation and monitoring on LV/HT facility equipment performance.

2. Able to liaise with authorities and government body e.g. DOE, TNB, DOSH & etc.

3. To conduct and carry out preventive maintenance & breakdown work accordance to schedule plan and perform regular checks on the M&E systems & facilities of the building.

4. To perform all maintenance related work instructed by superior include electrical, mechanical and any maintenance work of the building.

5. Lead a team of technician to maintain the building, housekeeping, overall building facilities and its surrounding premises.

6. Arrange and co-ordinate maintenance, inspection and calibration for all electrical items

7. Maintain engineering store area and plant rooms to ensure tidiness and safe access.

8. To ensure electrical installations compliance with all relevant government authorities and Electrical Supply Act and Electricity Regulation.

9. To conduct regular check and test run off load and on load on standby generator set as per schedule.

10. Perform renewal/registration of electrical equipment certificate/license such as back up generator set license with authorities.

11. Monitor and assist vendor / contractor to ensure work is completed as per specification and ensure safety regulation are complied while carrying their duties.

12. Assist Building Executive / Manager in planning of cyclical maintenance works, Building electrical improvement work, annual power shut down and periodic electrical inspection.

13. To undertake any other duties assignment by Building Executive / Building Manager.

14. To be responsive and communicative in Company’s or committee group via emails, what’s app or any other related social application in work related during weekdays or / and on weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
