JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in getting signature of the cheque
- Manages all the supplier and customer call & feedback
- Prepare payment to vendors, training,contractors, test sent out & etc
- Creditors reconciliation for others
- Filing for test sent out, contractors,training provider,services,& etc
- Salary reconciliation
- Assist in checking invoices in the absence of account officer
- Update payment status to vendor, lab manager and management
- Attend meeting with vendors
- Assists on External & Internal Audit queries
- Works to strict deadlines
- Performed any other duties as assigned by the Management of KPJ Ambulatory Care Centre Sdn Bhd
- To carry out duties as an employee as stipulated in Occupational Safety and Health Act Regulations 1994:-
a) To take reasonable care at work for the safety of yourself and other persons
b) To co-operate with your employer or any other person in the discharge of
any duty;
c) To wear or use any protective equipment or clothing provided by the employer
d) To comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and healt
- To comply with company policies and Safety & Health Policies.
- Participate actively and comply to any certification and accreditation standards and requirement enrolled by company
- To report unsafe practices, conditions, near misses, incidents & accidents to GM & Secretary of the OSHE committee.
- Ensure to actively participate in all 5s activities
- Ensure adhere to Standard People Practice (SPP)
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum with Diploma in Accounting
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in equivalent fields
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
