JOB SCOPE :
- Attend printing enquiries from online and walk-in customers.
- Handle retail responsibilities (online & Walk-in), housekeeping of customer areas.
- Provide consultation to clients and ensure a pleasant experience with the company.
- Maintain positive and effective communication with related parties.
GENERAL REQUIREMENT :
- Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in customer service / sales / marketing.
- Knowledge in Printing / Premium Gifts is an added advantage
- Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator / Designing Software is an added advantage
- Communication skills in speaking and writing in English
- Responsive and Initiative to follow up sales enquiries
WORKING HOUR :
9.00 am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
