Workshop Supervisor

Position Overview:
The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, ensuring the team meets production and maintenance goals efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management:
• Supervise and lead the workshop team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
• Assign tasks and monitor work progress to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Operational Management:
• Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of necessary tools and parts.
• Problem Solving and Decision Making:
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Make informed decisions to address operational challenges and maintain productivity.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of workshop activities, including repairs, maintenance, and inventory.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in workshop operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical knowledge of workshop equipment and machinery is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
