Medical Officer - Accident & Emergency

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist the Marketing Services in Marketing visits to corporate clients, insurance companies.
• To participate in community program organized by the Centre
• Attend to all emergency cases promptly
• Render all emergency aids and treatment immediately especially in life threatening situations.
• Perform simple procedures e.g. setting up drip. Insertion of urethral catheter, toilet and suturing etc unless otherwise instructed by the respective consultant or requested by the patient.
• Order appropriate investigations e.g. blood test, x-rays etc to admitting to ward or referring patient to consultant.
• Document and record all investigation done and to inform and write note to the consultant concerned regarding all investigations done in case of referral.

Job Requirement:

• MBBS from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license in Malaysia to practice as a Medical Officer (Valid MMC registration number).
• Minimum 5 years experience Emergency Services.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to create effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and patient-centred approach to healthcare.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working days/hours: Monday - Friday (2 shifts: 9am - 5.30pm/ 1.30pm - 10pm), Saturday (Half day)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,750.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
