- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, resume screening and interview scheduling.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations. Update and manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Support in payroll preparation by ensuring timely submission of time and attendance records. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and ensure compliance.
- Compliance & Reporting: Assist in ensuring the organization complies with labor laws and regulations. Maintain records for audits and HR reporting.
- Training & Development: Support HR with training coordination and employee development initiatives. Help track employee training programs and certifications.
- General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR Executive, including preparing reports, organizing meetings, and managing HR documents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
