1.0 Leasing:
i. Ensure all documents related to leasing are following SOP for the Central Region.
ii. Act as gatekeeper in enforcing leasing SOP.
iii. Administrative support to Leasing Marketing.
iv. Drafting and issuing all relevant correspondence letters where necessaryv. Ensure all documents are complete and easily retrievable upon management or Audit request for Central Region Mall.
vi. Ensure all TA, plans, licenses, regulatory approvals record are updated and maintained digitally, soft copy and a hard copy filed.
vii. To prepare monthly analysis such as average sales, sales psf, occupancy cost, 10 best / worst performance tenant. etc.
viii. To provide leasing an analysis report prior to renewal.
ix. To maintain master records of all tenants including tenancy dates, rental rates, agreed special T&C, correspondence details, etc.
x. Highlighting to leasing on upcoming renewal 7 months before the expiry date.
xi. Keeping track of all correspondence letters including reminders and/or LOD from Credit Control and be able to come out with a chronology when necessary.
xii. To ensure that the whole process is in order up to stamping of TA.

2.0 Others:
i. Any other tasks assigned by superior on ad hoc basis
ii. Daily work progress reporting to HOD.
