- Responsible on overall warehouse activities,accurate physical receiving of material/products and insures delivery of materials/products to proper department.
- To coordinate and supervise warehouse daily inbound/outbound activities.
- To monitor and manage material kitting/transfer schedule and backlogs.
- Monitor all inventory transaction updating into ERP system by daily basis.
- Oversee inventory checking/stock cycle counting (weekly random stock count and yearly full stock count)
- To execute stock disposal and stock returns to principals.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock level and maintain inventory control and ensure practice of FIFO stock arrangement.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report to superior.
- Required to coordinate and work closely with others teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Logistic/Warehousing or any equivalent.
- At least 3 year work experience in Logistic/Warehousing or any equivalent.
- Computer literate with organization , typing and data entry skills.
- Preferably good communication and writing skills in English,other languages are an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
