Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for day to day driving for GMD, GM, Sales Person and others.
Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take
Ensure safety and comply with all the road and traffic rules while on duty
Remind office admin renewal and management of road tax, car insurance etc
To ensure that the assigned vehicle is well maintained in good condition, clean and meet all safety requirement
Safely keep receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the employer’s car(s)
Responsible to refill petrol/ Touch N Go if necessary
Perform other ad-hoc tasks given by the Management.

Job Requirements:

Ability to work independently, multitask, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. Trusted and reliable.
Fast and punctual work attitude with a good attendance record.
Prompt, reliable, hardworking, responsible, mature, and honest personality.
Physically fit with a good work attitude.
Good health condition and eyesight, fit for work.
Willingness to come to work early/stay back at short notice.
Able to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays if required.
Must be willing to work on off/rest days.
Proficient in Waze or Google Maps navigation, with safe driving skills.
Possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record.
No previous disciplinary records, criminal offenses, or traffic violations.
