Drafter for Mechanical and Electrical

Job description

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare design proposal, layout plans for presentation to clients
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication skills and MUST be able to meet demanding work schedules and having skills including the ability to multi-task
• Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Leads & Liaise with the team with respect to cost and time constraints and solutions.
• To prepare and maintain Autocad layout plans and other drawings in the related software
• To prepare BIM Modelling, 3D and 2D drawings
• Liaise with Engineers closely in preparing drawings for Mechanical & Electrical services in Autocad/ Revit MEP
• Manage and keep a good record for the drawings produced.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years professional experience in M&E/Architectural
• Able to use BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, and other related software.
• Able to prepare working drawings, construction details, detailed drawings
• Able to prepare technical drawings, Tender drawing for client’s submissions.
• Able to handle authority submissions (BOMBA)
• Possess own transport
• Must be willing to travel / outstation / working overtime.
• Excellent verbal communication
• Effective organizational and communication skills
• Excellent technical drawing skills.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite,, etc.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
