• Leading financial strategy and corporate governance, working closely with the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, auditing, and financial reporting.
• Managing relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders, often acting as the primary point of contact for external parties.
• Assessing the financial impact of strategic business decisions, acquisitions, or divestitures.
• Ensuring the company’s capital structure is optimized and in line with its financial strategy.
• Influencing strategic initiatives, cost controls, and profitability improvement across the organization.
• Identifying new growth opportunities through financial analysis, including potential mergers, joint ventures, or international expansion.
