Executive Assistant to Director
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support specializing in corporate matters to the Director. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a keen ability to manage various aspects of business operations, communications, and market research. The Executive Assistant act as the primary liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to assist the Director in corporate matters such as administration, overseeing projects and portfolios and interdepartmental coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and evaluate potential market opportunities and business leads.
- Compile and analyse data to support strategic decision-making and presentations.
- Assist with various projects, conducting research, gathering data, and preparing reports and/or presentation as required.
- Manage the Director’s business operations, including maintaining schedules, tracking priorities, and ensuring timely follow-ups on tasks.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings. Attend meetings alongside the Director, taking minutes and following up on action items as necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute projects assigned by the Director.
- Develop marketing materials to support corporate initiatives, including brochures, proposals, and reports.
- Oversee and coordinate activities related to the Director’s portfolio, including maintenance, documentation, and vendor liaison.
- Coordinate with legal and administrative teams on legal contracts, agreements, and corporate documentation.
- Handle administrative tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and document management. Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent.
· At least 1 year of relevant working experience
· Able to work independently and multitask with minimal supervision
· Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
· Familiarity with contract management and legal correspondence is a plus
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
