Roles and Responsibilities
- Managed Services Solutions: Design and propose tailored Managed Services solutions to clients, including detailed cost quotations and pricing.
- Proposal and Documentation: Lead the preparation of RFPs, tender documents, proposal write-ups, compliance table and commercial pricing.
- Partner Engagement & Deal Registration: Manage vendor and partner relationships, including deal registration, principal audits, and partner engagements.
- Tender and Project Meetings: Actively participate in tender kick-off meetings, Technical Review Meeting (TRM), Cost Review Meeting (CRM), Commercial Approval (CA) and Quality Assurance (QA).
- Project Handover: Facilitate seamless transition of projects from design to operations (Project-to-Post, P2P) and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
- Ongoing Project Support: Provide ongoing support for active projects, addressing additional service requests, escalations, and collaboration with operation teams to ensure service scope compliance and customer satisfaction.
