Responsibilities:

Identifying, planning, controlling production process activities to improve, develop and ensure productivity and quality achieved
Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
Set up, organize the QMS documentation/Standards for compliance to the international standards.
Organize audits/surveys/witness tests with surveyors, clients representatives, auditors and customers.
Manage the incoming and out going inspection, NC and numbers of inspectors.
Support continuous improvement activities towards production efficiency and quality
Maintain relationship with government agencies/Auditing or Licensing bodies/Customers
Support other duties, ad-hoc or/and special tasks assigned by the immediate superior

Requirements:

Graduates with Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Quality / Chemical / Mechanical / Metallurgy / Material / Manufacturing related field or equivalent. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
Good practical & technical skills
Computer literate and able to write and communicate in English and Bahasa.
Good attitude, positive minded, self-starter, self-motivated person, independent and good teamwork.
Possess own transport and willing work in Tanjung Langsat/Pasir Gudang, Johor.
