PROTEGE - Technical Support IT
-Work on network and hardware systems, doing maintenance and repairs.
-Install the application software in accordance with the needs of the user.
-Provide training on how to use ICT tools and applications, as well as technical support services.
-IT documentation should be kept up to date.
-Continue to update and maintain your IT inventory.
-Implement and keep an eye on daily statistics.
-Dealing with initiatives including JPN, PPD, and KPM.
-Deliver work reports to operations managers every day.
-You must complete the responsibilities assigned by your managers or supervisors in addition to the ones listed above.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
