JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. CONVEYANCING LAWYER

· Drafting agreements such as Sale & Purchase Agreements (Sub-Sales & Developer sales), Loan Agreement, Discharge, Perfection of Transfer & Charge and other conveyancing matters.

· Conducting due diligence to ensure properties comply with legal requirements.

· Liaise with clients, property developers, bankers, property agents and various government bodies.

· Monitoring and updating file status.

· Resolving legal issues that may arise during the conveyancing process.

· Taking on additional tasks as assigned by the firm.

2. CHAMBERING / PUPILLAGE (CONVEYANCING)

· Assist Master-in-chamber and/or Legal Associate in handling all aspects of conveyancing works such as prepare related SPA and loans documents.

· Knowledge and experience in sub-sale will serve as an advantage

· Attending Clients and other works assigned by the firm from time to time;

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

1. CONVEYANCING LAWYER

· Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law with qualified practicing certificates or equivalent.

· Has experience in conveyancing matters is required for this position.

· Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.

2. CHAMBERING / PUPILLAGE (CONVEYANCING)

· Satisfied all the legal requirements necessary to begin Pupillage;

· Good communication and writing skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

· Must possess own transport, be willing to travel and able to attend to ad-hoc matters;

· Interested in being exposed to all areas of the law;

· Good interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude;

· Ready to join immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
