Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to our recruitment efforts. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspect of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates, interviews coordination, recruitment documentations, onboarding arrangement & various administrative tasks and support our People Care Department’s daily activities.

Key Responsibility:
- Support hiring activities which include posting of job advertisement, designing job posting collaterals, participating in job fair, screening of resume, arranging of interviews, new joiners on boarding
- Updating employee files and records; using HRIS system, provide reporting and analyses
- Gathering payroll data like employee attendance, bank accounts, leave information
- Assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures
- Assist in Industrial Relations matters
- Participate in organizing company monthly events and engagement day
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented
- Time management and organizational skills
- Love to deal with people
- Posses own transport and willing to travel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
