Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place for various dishes.
2. Follow recipes and instructions provided by senior kitchen staff.
3. Execute basic cooking tasks under supervision, including chopping, peeling, and cooking.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing and sanitizing utensils and equipment.
5. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
6. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
7. Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying the chef of any shortages.
8. Learn and grow within the culinary team by actively participating in training sessions and seeking opportunities for skill development.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
