Credit Control
Job Description :
1. Monitor and manage the company’s accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
2. Maintain and review customer credit limits and terms based on risk assessments and financial conditions.
3. Regularly review customer accounts for overdue payments and take appropriate action to recover outstanding amounts.
4. Communicate with customers regarding their credit accounts, including sending reminders and following up on overdue invoices.
5. Assist in the collection process by contacting customers via phone, email, or letters to request payment.
6. Resolve payment issues and disputes with customers, working to find satisfactory solutions and ensuring accounts are settled promptly.
7. Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy of records.
8. Assist in evaluating credit risk for new and existing customers by reviewing credit applications and financial statements.
9. Support the decision-making process for extending or revising credit terms.
10. Maintain accurate records of credit control activities, including collections and correspondence with customers.
11. Assist in preparing reports related to credit control performance, overdue accounts, and cash flow projections.
12. Provide general administrative support to the credit control team, including filing, data entry, and record- keeping.
13. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects related to credit control as needed.
14. Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
15. Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements related to credit management and collections.
16. Perform any others duties as and when required by the management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
