Job Description:

As an Operations Associate for our digital asset exchange, your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of operational tasks aimed at maintaining compliance, efficiency, and customer service. Below is an overview of the key duties and qualifications for this role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Daily Operations: Keep a vigilant eye on daily operational issues, promptly identifying and addressing any discrepancies or challenges. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to swiftly resolve issues and maintain uninterrupted exchange operations.
  • Policy Implementation: Stay abreast of the latest regulatory requirements and implement/update policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accordingly. Ensure that our operational practices align with regulatory standards to mitigate key risks effectively.
  • Reconciliation and Settlement: Conduct reconciliation of fiat and digital assets, including trade matching, client deposits and withdrawals, and other settlement duties. Ensure accuracy and completeness in financial transactions and return calculations.
  • Customer Support and Onboarding: Collaborate with internal partners to provide customer support, facilitate client onboarding processes, and address operational inquiries or concerns from users.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma with 3 years of working experience, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in operations or compliance within the financial services industry, preferably in digital asset exchanges or fintech.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-pace and hectic environment, with a track record of effectively managing tasks and priorities simultaneously
