  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer daily service needs/walk in enquiries to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Able to work independently, prepare estimate repair cost, follow up work progress and update customer.
  • Promoting service and part sales.
  • Follow-up on spare parts back order.
  • Collection of payment.
  • Other duties assigned by superior.
  • Preferable with Service Advisor background.

Requirements & Qualification:

  • Possess SPM or Diploma and above.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field & preferably from automotive industry.
  • Good command and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to speak Tamil/Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Additional knowledge in SAP DBM as an added advantage.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure.

· Willing to work on both weekdays & weekends.

· Willing to work at Jalan 223, Petaling Jaya.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
