- Strong focus on developing new lead Information Technology business opportunities.
- Builds a sound understanding of target customers and the assigned account base, working with these customers to identify pain points with a view of finding mutually beneficial solutions.
- Develop long-term sales and marketing plans to tie in with the overall organization strategic goals
- To meet sales quota as per assigned sales target.
- Forecast market trends and identify sales leads and potential business.
- Manage assigned customer accounts and reports for strategic meetings.

- Understand Customer's technical issues, in the Customer’s vocabulary.
- Make technical presentations and demonstrations, showing how a solution fits Customer needs.
- Specify and manage the delivery of consulting services, e.g. in Proof of Concept, installation and configuration, optimization and migration.
- Provide On-site and remote paid consulting services to customers as required.
- Work effectively with sales team, sales support specialists and project management team to enhance client’s sales and implementation experience.
