Job Description

1. Provide Outstanding Customer Support & Manage Orders

- Deliver timely, clear, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries, ensuring full understanding and addressing customer needs with a personal touch.

- Handle customer orders efficiently, from inception to completion, ensuring seamless transactions and an exceptional customer experience.

- Actively seek feedback to continually enhance service quality and identify opportunities to reinforce the brand’s reputation for excellence.

2. Resolve Customer Issues & Complaints

- Handle customer concerns with a positive, proactive mindset, offering effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.

- Address customer complaints professionally, ensuring timely, appropriate resolutions while maintaining a high standard of service.

- Establish a strong relationship with customers by building trust through open, honest communication and consistent follow-through on issues.

3. Promote Company Products, Services & Offers

- Educate customers about the company’s products and services, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of each offering.

- Engage with potential customers through consultations, making personalised recommendations to meet their specific needs.

- Help new customers navigate the registration process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience while showcasing all available offerings.

4. Staying Up-to-Date with Trends:

Job Requirements

  • A customer orientation mindset with the ability to understand and meet customer needs with empathy, patience, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain services and solutions to customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying customer issues, analysing potential solutions, and providing effective resolutions that ensure satisfaction.
  • [Added Advantage] Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) and order management tools.
  • [Added Advantage] Experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of successfully managing orders and resolving customer inquiries or complaints.
