Role Description:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, supply chain management, cost control, optimizing processes, and leading a team to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 5 years and above experience in manufacturing operations, production management, and supply chain.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
