- Manage data entry and updating accounting records.
- Ensure the accurate upkeep of documentation, filing of records.
- Responsible in performing date-to-date financial transactions
Admin Assistant
- Create financial documents such as invoices, purchase orders and official receipts.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Account Assistant
- Achieve at least Diploma certificate.
- 1 or 2 years of working experience in the related fields is preferred.
- Fresh graduates from accounting & finance academic background are encouraged to apply.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic knowledge in principles of accounting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications and accounting system software (e.g., SQL or Auto count)
Admin Assistant
- Achieve at least Diploma certificate.
- At least 1 year of accounting experience
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Have knowledge in Auto count system.
- Pleasant personality, responsibility, and possess initiative and work independently.
- Fluent in third language will be an advantage.
