Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety programs and policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard analysis to identify potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and standards.
- Perform safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees.
- Collaborate with management to improve safety procedures and culture.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare safety reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Health Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety and health-related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in safety and health management (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP) is a plus.
- Well versed in Mandarin and English communication.
- Able undergo China for at least 3 months training (Additional Monthly Training Allowance, Hostel, Meals, Flight Ticket and Work Visa Application provided).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
