Job Responsibilities :

• 1) Achieve monthly and yearly sales target
• 2) Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• 3) Handle store merchandise and stock arrangement
• 4) Deliver all memo and message to team member
• 5) Ensure operating SOP and procedure is handle well and smooth
• 6) Work closely with HQ Dept to ensure smooth operation
• 7) Manage hiring process and training new staff

Job Requirement :

• 1) At least 5 years experience as a Sales Person for a Fashion Retailer
• 2) Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• 3) Computer literate in Microsoft office, Note Pad and Basic Emailing.
• 4) Excellent leadership, communication, sales, negotiation skills and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Retail sales: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving Licence (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
