1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations and conduct new employee onboarding to ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Identified training needs and organized training sessions, workshops, and seminars for all employees.

5. Benefits & Welfare:

  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, bonuses and Incentive programs, and wellness initiatives, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

6. Policy Development:

  • Developed and implemented HR policies, procedures, and initiatives such as Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct etc.

7. Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions, maintaining a harmonious workplace environment.
  • Support performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance reviews, feedback, and development plans.

8. Administrative Tasks:

  • Prepare various HR-related letters, including offer letters, employment contracts, promotion letters, and others.

  • Responsible for arranging travel arrangements for employees and project team including accommodation, transportation, insurance etc.

9. Grant Management:

  • Identify and explore potential grant opportunities to support company projects and initiatives including compelling grant proposals and report.

  • Plan and organize company events, including team-building activities, social gatherings, corporate social responsibility (CSR), sports activity, exhibitions and others.
