  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Description

  • To review, verify and assure Pipeline Engineering Strategy, Business Plan and Policy by providing full spectrum of technical & project engineering services & expertise, groupwide value-intense Specialized Engineering Solutions, Technical Capability Development, Group Technical Authority, Technical Assurance and Custodianship of COMPANY Technical Standards;
  • To leads and drive engineering and project work activities from in-house engineering, contracting strategy, technical & commercial evaluation, contract execution & budget observation for all field development projects undertaken by Company in line with company policy/ objectives
  • To involve in pipeline sectional replacement/reroute design and site supervision activities i.e. Mechanical repairs, Inline Inspection and ensure all works meeting the specified code and standards
  • To train & develop the Technical Capability for pipeline engineer in COMPANY.

Requirement

  • Minimum Degree in Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in Oil and Gas industry for Onshore Pipeline with at least involvement with 3 Onshore Pipeline Project.
  • Experienced in Engineering Design Consultant for min 3 years
  • Experienced in Project Management related to Onshore Pipeline Project, Geohazard mitigation, high terrain pipeline construction is an added advantage.
  • Experienced in Tendering & Procurement works are added advantage
  • Experienced in Pipeline Integrity (Operation, Inspection, Maintenance, Repair, Rehab) are added advantage
  • Familiar with COMPANY Technical Requirements (i.e. PTS) for pipeline engineering and interfaces with other disciplines
  • Familiar with contract requirements , quality and safety requirement by COMPANY
  • Conversant with Local Authority Regulations & Requirements
  • Conversant with International Codes & Standards
  • Conversant in various aspects of Offshore/Onshore Project activities, Technical knowledge in Operations (added advantage) and understanding of Upstream and Downstream Business.
  • Digital savvy
  • Accreditation with relevant Local & International Body
  • Conversant & Expert user for all Pipeline Software on MathCAD, PIPESIM, AUTOPIPE, ABACUS, etc).

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
