Position: Sales Assistant
Location: Pop Up Store in KL Area
Job Purpose:
The Sales Assistant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store presentation standards. This role involves assisting customers, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs.
Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
2. Sales and Targets:
Actively promote products and upsell to achieve sales targets.
Participate in promotional campaigns and product launches.
Stay updated on product knowledge to better assist customers.
3. Store Operations:
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
4. Visual Merchandising:
Assist in setting up displays and arranging merchandise according to guidelines.
Ensure products are well-stocked and presented attractively.
5. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to meet store goals.
Support management in daily store operations and tasks.
6. Loss Prevention:
Follow store security procedures to prevent theft and minimize loss.
Report any suspicious activities to management.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification.
Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Additional Skills:
Basic computer skills (POS system knowledge is a plus).
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
