Position: Customer Service Representative (Utility Project)
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Basic Salary: Up to RM 2,400.00
Benefits:

Job Types: 1-year contract (Renewable)
Working Days: 5 Days’ work with 2 days off (Rotational)
Working Hours: Rotational shift basis (9 hours per Shift)
- 7.00 AM - 7.00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- 7.00 AM - 5.00 PM (Weekend / PH)
Onboarding Date: 10th February 2025
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 6 months of working experience in customer service or a call center position is required.
- Experience in the utilities or telecommunications sector is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding solutions.
- Skilled in handling high-volume calls professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience in every interaction.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and efficiency.
- Open to working flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage customer interactions across various channels (phone, email, chat) while ensuring an accurate record of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them as necessary, ensuring that each issue is managed efficiently and professionally.
- Manage inquiries related to tariffs, usage, account status, reconnection requests, and other relevant matters.
- Address billing and metering issues, for enhancing service quality.
- Offer expert guidance on energy efficiency, renewable energy options, and product usage to help customers make good decisions.
- Monitor and address customer inquiries and complaints to ensure prompt resolution.
- Organize inquiries and rescheduling for smart meter installations across the country.
- Deliver immediate and proactive measures to resolve issues efficiently when SLAs are not met.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
