1. Report to the Supervisor.
2. To attend daily toolbox meeting at yard when working at yard.
3. To perform daily housekeeping at work place.
4. To perform periodic maintenance of the equipment’s in the machining area and portable machines as instructed by the Supervisor.
5. To professionally perform site visit if and when required by the Supervisor/ PE/ SDE
6. To gather and understand all the necessary information such as equipment specifications, drawings, machining procedures, applicable forms and JSA prior to mobilize to site.
7. To prepare machines, related tooling and consumables prior to mobilization to site.
8. To fill up vehicle request form if necessary prior mobilization to site.
9. To drive the Pickup/Lorry in mobilizing to working site if/when required by the Supervisor.
10. To read and display HIRAC clearly at working area prior to start machining.
11. To confirm the equipment and required specifications/standard with the client’s representative prior to start machining.
12. To set up machines as required by the machine’s operation manual and perform machining in accordance to the machining procedure.
13. To demobilize all machines, tools and consumables to the yard after work completed.
14. To perform after used service on the machines and tooling and fill up the applicable service form.
15. To nicely keep the machines in the store after service completed.
16. To properly control and dispose the waste.
17. To perform the works safely.
18. To formally report any machine damage/malfunction for tracking and rectification.
19. To attend/pass all the training/courses as required by the management.
20. To perform any other task as professionally instructed by the supervisor/superior.
