Kitchen Assistant
· To handle daily kitchen operations such as preparing and distributing food items
· Ensuring food dispensing area maintained at the highest standard of cleanliness
· Ensuring departmental tools, equipment, utensils, etc. are clean, presentable, and functioning order at all times
· Timely preparation of mis-en-place for the student meals at cafeteria and function.
· Delivering meals to pre-kids and kindergarten students according to scheduled menu
· Serving up food and beverage for students and staff at the cafeteria
· Performs a variety of tasks from preparing the food, cleaning, stocking up, serving food, and handling students and staffs
· Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
· Performs other duties as assigned by the Chef
